Telehealth & In-Person Sessions
Currently, we are offering therapy services exclusively through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform (SimplePractice). In-person sessions can be arranged on an as-needed basis, carefully evaluated from an appropriate, client-centered perspective.
Clinical Therapy (50-Minute Sessions)

Clinical Therapy (50-Minute Sessions)
- Accepted Insurances: Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Health New England, Medicare (Massachusetts), and Medicaid (Massachusetts).
- Private Pay / Sliding Scale: $130 to $180 per session.
- Intensive Rates: $150–$275 per hour (e.g., $900–$1650 per six-hour day).
- A refundable $300 deposit is required to secure your dates for intensives.
- (Note: Intensive therapy is not covered by insurance. Please contact us directly to discuss scheduling.)
- A Call to Action: Our consultation services focus heavily on grassroots empowerment and parent/caregiver and both individual and family advocacy at both the local and legislative levels. Please note: We are not traditional DEI trainers or educators. Our work is rooted in dismantling systems of oppression and challenging the harmful attitudinal beliefs that drive decision-making at the legislative and House Ways and Means Committee levels. We are dedicated to uprooting the entrenched, antiquated practices perpetuated within Massachusetts state systems that control state and federal funding for our most vulnerable constituents.
- Working Outside the System: We intentionally operate outside of DDS and other state-funded programs. These are the very systems we are working in the service of changing and holding accountable.
- Who We Consult With: We provide specialized, fee-based consultation and trauma-informed training for public school systems, non-profits, and educational programs whose work intersects with systems funded by DOE, DESE, EEC, DMH, DCF, DDS (including services for individuals past the transition age of 22), and the Mass Commission for the Blind and Deaf.
- Hourly Rate: $180.00 per consultation hour.
- Other Organizations: If your organization (such as a hospital, clinic, or private program) does not fit into these categories but is committed to systemic change and trauma-informed care, please email us directly. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
