Individual Counseling
I provide individual counseling for adults working in the treatment of PTSD and trauma related issues by utilizing the modalities of sensorimotor psychotherapy and EMDR.
Also, I work with adults negotiating a variety of diagnoses such as anxiety and depressive disorders, cognitive disabilities, learning differences and ADHD.
I am trained in the following modalities:
Sensorimotor psychotherapy for the treatment of Trauma and Developmental Trauma (Level I and Level II). This training is through the Somatic Psychology Insititute in Boulder, CO.
Attachment Focused-EMDR (levels I-III) with Laurel Parnell PhD. This training was completed through the PARNELL INSTITUTE.
